The USGA has today announced that the National Golf Links of America, Cypress Point Club and Seminole Golf Club will respectively host the 2040, 2048 and 2052 Walker Cup matches.
This means that the USGA has now confirmed all of their Walker Cup home venues up until 2052.
The National Golf Links of America in New York was designed by C.B. MacDonald and opened in 1909. It hosted the inaugural Walker Cup match in 1920 and its 44th playing in 2013.
2048 will see the Alister MacKenzie designed Cypress Point in California host its third Walker Cup after previously staging the contests in 1981 and 2025.
Seminole, designed by Donald Ross and opened for play in 1929, has been afforded its second match following the playing of the 2021 contest at the famed Florida course.
